WOW…The Grout Medic is an AMAZING company! My wife and I met Jesus Barrios, the owner at the recent Colorado Garden and Home Show. He was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable while discussing what he could do for our 3 bathrooms and kitchen. He said that his team would remove all existing grout and caulking in our ceramic tiled showers and countertops and then regrout, recaulk and seal them, as well as, clean and seal the travertine tiled floors. The entire installation process was well organized. We needed a very specific mix of 2 different colored tiles, and Jorge worked with us closely to assure I understood any imperfections in the tiles, and what our options were. And it came out beautifully!

Dubeil who wrote the estimate, was honest and didn't try to upsell me. The Technician, Oscar, was thorough and willing to correct things I pointed out to him. He finished by the time I needed. It looks really nice. Had kitchen granite counter top cleaned and sealed, Backsplash cleaned and sealed, both bathrooms tile in shower and on floor, cleaned and sealed and grout replaced in the bathroom with the tub. He made sure to have me pick the right color for the grout. Thank you for making my house look refreshed like when it was first remodeled.

Extremely happy with work by Grout Medic at a fair price. Had shower tile steam cleaned, grout removed and replaced and it looks great. Also had kitchen and entry tiles cleaned plus grout cleaned and re-sealed. It looks like new. I'm especially impressed with how the owners and technicians arrived exactly as planned and did exactly what they said they would. Technicians Eric and Ramone left project clean and paid great attention to detail. That's so hard to find anymore. Thank you
