I can’t say enough good things about Grimm’s Service. Their customer service truly goes above and beyond what you’d expect from a gas station or repair shop. I had a flat tire at the end of a long day while trying to get my cat to the vet. They were ready for me as soon as I pulled up and got to work right away. While they handled everything, a family member was able to drive me to the nearby vet clinic so I wouldn’t miss the appointment. They turned what could have been an incredibly stressful situation into something easy breezy. I’m so grateful for their efficiency, kindness, and willingness to jump in and help without hesitation. Highly recommend!
