I had a friend who used these guys for a sprinkler installation job that ended very poorly. They just didn't finish the job. They were supposed to bring back dirt to fill in the low spots so a pool of water didn't form and the pipes didn't freeze but they never showed up. The pipes did end up freezing and they wouldn't answer his calls and ended up having to fix them himself. He still has never gotten a call back. You would think for what they charge for their service they would at least give you a call back.
