Poor communication and long delays. After waiting nearly three weeks with no clear timeline, I hired another service. When I declined their late offer, the representative hung up on me. Unprofessional experience.

I made 2 appointments for a landscaping consultation with Sharee. One last Fall (2022) and one for early May 2023. Both times- Teagon was a no-show. No texts, phone calls or messages to let us know they could not make the appointment. I had to call Sharee for an explanation after the first missed appointment- she apologized and told me they would schedule me for Spring 2023. I called her in late April 2023 to schedule, and she set a date (May 2, 2023), and nobody showed up. I have lost 7 months waiting for a bid. Very disappointed. Teagon and Cheri were very professional and excellent to deal with through the whole process of our landscape. They do some of the highest quality work around at competitive pricing and still have been helpful, friendly, and informative to date even after the initial job was complete.

First off I want to say that I would give these guys five stars for the work they do. They do quality work for a fair price but I did given them four stars because communication and on time work was a bit of an issue.

Very impressed with the work.The job site was left clean. Would hire them again.
