Had Michael come out to look at my leaking bathtub faucet due to handle not able to completely shut the water off. He was very professional and courteous and figured out the problem right away. Gave me the cost of each scenario which may occur upfront….no bs. Even though he ran into a couple frustrating moments due to older tub fixtures, he maintained and problem solved on the fly. Great company and great guy to work with. I do highly recommend.

Golden Rule helped us out so quickly! Our furnace went out and I couldn't figure it out. Brian came out to diagnose and had a guy drop off a couple of parts. The whole thing was figured out and fixed so quickly! Turned out to be a warranty deal for our system but he took care of everything for us. They're definitely saved in my phone as the first call if I need anything.

Bobby Johnson was great to work with. He explained everything in detail and answered every single one of my questions. He made the decision for this big purchase feel less painful. Seth came in and inspected our electrical. We moved into this house 4 years ago and needed reassurance it was up to code compared to new housing. Seth explained everything to our understanding. We did have him install a whole home surge protector. We were satisfied with the pricing and he was able to complete the job the same day.

The control panel on my furnace fried overnight and I could tell something was wrong so I called Golden Rule first thing to have someone take a look. Within the hour, Evan was on site and had the issue diagnosed within minutes. Instead of pushing a new and expensive unit on me, he went and tried to source the parts it would take to repair the old unit and explored all options. While it ended up being symbolic as we concluded the old one was not worth repairing, I appreciated the willingness to explore those options. Once we decided to move forward with the replacement, he had Tom there to go over my options before I could even get back in... Tom did an excellent job going over my options with me and worked with me when the option I selected wasn't in stock. He made that process and completing the financing a breeze. Within the next hour, Logan and his team arrived to begin tearing out my old unit. He was very patient with me and my curious nature when I came to check on things. They also did a great job going over the features of my new thermostat and syncing it to my phone. From first call to Logan leaving after installing my new furnace and AC was about 8 hours on the SAME DAY. I couldn't be more impressed with the whole team as I had mentally prepared myself to go dig out some blankets and space heaters for a cold night. Extremely grateful for the whole team making things happen so I didn't have an unpleasant night. I couldn't recommend Golden Rule enough! A+ marks all around from me.
