Very bad experience.
My truck was not starting, so I called them for roadside service. They came, but they didn’t even have a diagnostic machine. They failed to fix my truck, and the problem was still there. Despite this, they charged me $628.
I strongly recommend not calling them for roadside assistance. Total waste of time and money.
Blew my tire out on center street on my way to pick up a family member from surgery. Walked in and the team jumped on it, late on a Friday and got me out quickly to go get my mother. Fantastic guys there and this isn’t the first time they have helped me out. 10/10 would recommend
Greeley’s delivered an exceptional experience. We spent three days with their team as they diligently tracked down a stubborn low-power issue in our RV. Their expertise revealed a faulty turbo and several worn air sensors that were no longer providing accurate readings.
My mechanic, Keith, impressed me at every step. He not only performed the repairs with skill, but also took the time to walk me through each detail of the process, keeping me fully informed and confident in the work being done.
Managers Brent and Brandon were equally outstanding. They stepped in with professionalism, compassion, and care, helping my wife and me navigate what could have been a major setback. Thanks to their leadership, we were able to get back on the road quickly and continue our mission without delay.
We are sincerely grateful to the entire Greeley’s team. Their commitment, integrity, and customer focus turned a difficult situation into a positive experience. We look forward to returning to Auburn for scheduled maintenance, this time on our own terms.
Greeley’s did a great job for us when we were left stranded with our travel trailer/RV. We were traveling on the highway and one of our wheels came completely off the trailer due to a loose bearing. We called several places looking for help. Then AAA connected us with Greeley’s. They were the only ones willing to come out and give us the tow. But they went one step further and told us they could do the work to get us on the road again. The tow driver was nice and reassured us that he’d take good care of our camper, and did get it back to their shop.
That’s where we were met with some bad more bad news. The parts to fix weren’t available locally. They thought they’d be able to source them locally and let us stay in our camper on their property in hopes we’d be back on the road the next day. There were further delays as the parts they received didn’t fit our camper, as ours weren’t standard parts used across multiple camper brands. So we were going to have to order them outside our area. They tried to search, but were unsuccessful, so we ended up sourcing some of the parts ourselves from the camper manufacturer. Ultimately they sourced some parts and we sourced some parts.
Once all the parts were in, they did install them very quickly and got us back on the road. We were delayed about a week, and missed one trip. But for anyone who knows the RV industry knows that if we went with a dealer or RV service, it very well could have been a month or two.
The service was good and the people here were responsive. Had it not been for needing to source some of the parts ourselves and for having multiple delays to getting the wrong parts, we’d easily give them 5 stars. Sadly, this system doesn’t allow us to give them 4.5 stars because we thought they were very good and we really appreciate them helping us and working with our insurance company.
If you need work on a rig, be it a big rig or just an RV/camper like us, Greeley’s is a good place to go. We hope not to need them again. But I’m confident if we do that they’ll give us good service and do good work.
