Called to sign up with Great Plains Communications today. My call was received by Judi who was so friendly and professional. She helped me pick a plan that was right for my needs, walked me through the payment plan, helped me get signed up for auto pay, and set up a time for installation that fit my schedule. Wanted to say how happy and pleased we are with Kai Siroj and his install today at our house. He was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. Went above and beyond on the freezing cold weather to get all completed on our new home. The finished internet is exemplary and preforming beyond expectations. Thanks again Kai and great plains communications!

Nate Glandon and Steve Sick really came thru for us. It all started out when we looked out a new build house in Papillion. The fiber equipment was put in a part of the basement that didn’t have any power outlets. So that was one of the things that needed to be done before settlement. Well it was moved to the place where our sump pump was located with only one outlet. When we moved in we had issues with getting account and getting connected. After multiple calls and chats the last person said someone needed to come out. Thank goodness we got Nate assigned to our call. Come to find out the fiber wasn’t even connected to our house. So frustrated. I can’t tell you how thankful we are for Nate and Steve!!

Judi is great with customer service. She made the prices easy to understand and walked me through everything. I haven’t yet experienced the people that come set up Internet or the actual service itself so at this time I’m leaving 4 stars.
