Mike has integrity which encompasses many characteristics: honesty, accountability and strong moral principles. His repair costs were very reasonable and he informed me of a future repair that I will need by showing me a video. It wasn’t a pressure tactic but out of a sincere concern. In addition, I had the honor to meet his beautiful and smart wife and daughter. I highly recommend Mike for any automotive repairs. I recently moved to Florida two years ago and I obviously didn’t have a go-to mechanic when I got here but I found Grease Monkey after I moved here who had the best pricing on an oil change. He was running a special and even gave me the same price for my second oil change. I have been going there ever since and I am always happily greeted by either Mike (the owner), his lovely wife/partner, or employees. Grease Monkey Auto Repair & Transmission is the definition of a small mom&pop shop with exceptional service! I recently was in an accident and even though Grease Monkey Auto Repair isn’t a body shop, Mike (owner) still offered to do the repairs. He assured me he has done many insurance claims and that he works with a body mechanic that handles all his body work request and I would get top of the line repairs. He was 100% spot on. Being a female and not being very educated on cars and operations of that industry, I have always felt nervous to agree and hope I won’t be taken advantage of (because I definitely have been). I never felt that when he told me he could take care of my car. He knows I have a small child and he knew how important it was to me to have a vehicle that was put back together correctly to insure mine and my daughter’s safety. Not trying to be cheesy but I truly trusted him and took his word and left in confidence that my vehicle would be taken care of. He kept in touch with updates and gave me back my vehicle looking like nothing had happened. Coloring matching the paint so spot on you wouldn’t know unless told. Him and his wife gave unbelievable service as well as the employees that have helped me over the last two years! You may even be greeted by their cute daughter and dog who are there time to time! Beautiful family, and amazing mechanic shop. Mike gives you honest, and phenomenal service! I would suggest him to anyone! Thank You Mike!
