Gray's Tree Services

I contacted Grays late in the week and I believe they called me back on a Monday. They had someone out in a day or so for a quote. When I called to schedule, the date was given to me for about two weeks out. The week before I received a text saying that they would need to move my appointment two days later due to emergencies with a storm. That wasn’t a problem, but they didn’t know what time they would come to start. I had already taken off for the day originally scheduled, so that was a bit frustrating because I could not be home anymore. On the day originally scheduled, I received a call that they actually could do the service on that day. I was at work already, but I agreed anyway.. I had one small issue with the branch that is currently touching my neighbors tree and it’s hanging over my driveway. Mind you this is the same tree that was included in my quote and service already. No one addressed after I emailed instead said they said they would give me a new quote. I explained that it was already the same tree that was within the quote but I just didn’t like that one branch. I never got a response back. They sent me the bill and I paid it immediately. I also had debris in my yard for two days. I was not as frustrated with that as I was that my request for the one branch was ignored. No one has contacted me since I’ve submitted the payment. I probably won’t use them again.
