The quality of their work was excellent, and their attention to detail truly showed in the final result. What impressed me most was their communication. My family and I encountered significant challenges during our experience with Brookstone. The company initially estimated that mitigation and restoration following a pipe leak would require no more than 8 to 10 weeks; however, the project ultimately took seven months to complete. Communication throughout the process was severely lacking and we found the quality of workmanship to be poor. After Brookstone deemed the project finished, we had to hire a plumber to restore hot water service in the kitchen. Additionally, we needed to engage another professional to repair drawers, as the tracks were not installed correctly by Brookstone. For anyone considering Brookstone, we recommend being prepared to provide careful supervision and thorough inspection throughout the project.
