This wonderful couple took amazing care of an instrument I recently purchased used. They were prompt, professional, the service was top notch and the price was a reflection of their love for musical instruments and their customers. I wish more businesses ran like this one.

Highly recommended. Mr. Gray quickly repaired and checked my clarinet for a very reasonable price. I felt very relieved to have my instrument in good hands. The kind lady who received my phone call and greeted me at drop off and pick up was wonderful as well. Thank you for providing careful service so it can be enjoyed by my family again.

No words cannot describe my experience with Mr. Gray's shop this morning. I had rehearsal in the evening and piccolo broke out on me. Called the shop (even before they were open) and asked if they can do a same day repair and YES! Mr. Gray fixed my ugly and old piccolo like a new and when I thought it would be a minor issue but he went above and fixed other issues as well. He promised the time (actually faster) and the pricing was very reasonable which I was surprised when I heard the fee over the phone. I can’t recommend Gray’s Brass & Woodwind Repair Shop highly enough! Even though it was first time experience it's clear that Mr. Gray cares deeply about musicians. If you're a student, a pro, or anywhere in between, this is the place to go. He is just an expert that you can trust to leave your precious instrument on his hands. Thank you!

Super nice people, quick job, great prices. Love the small music community. 200/10 would recommend for both brass and woodwinds. I got an alto sax cork replacement and it was done within 24 hrs and only cost me $25.
