Century listened and responded to my call for help. I called in our problem at midday and by mid afternoon they had responded.The tech they sent was knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous, and went straight to work. He took care of my problem in very short order.

I want to share my gratitude for the excellent service provided by CT&P. While dealing with mice in my home has been a difficult experience, Tony and Gerard have been amazing throughout the process. They have consistently gone above and beyond, following up regularly and taking extra steps to ensure the job was done right. I am especially appreciative of how kind and mindful they were regarding my phobia. Even in the worst of scenarios, having such professional and thoughtful people to help makes a significant difference.

I’ve been using Century with an annual contract for about 10 years now, and everyone from the scheduling team (Dawn!) to the service team is friendly and helpful. Chad is always thoughtful and timely. He answers any questions I have and makes sure all my issues are addressed. The quarterly inspections keep my house bug and rodent-free!
