Gene at Graham is our go-to guy who always takes care of us, makes us feel like family and somehow makes magic happen! He and the jeweler, who does work on site, are absolutely incredible. We have had them work on many precious and beloved pieces of jewelry and they came out better than anticipated! In the process bought many pieces while browsing too, they have a fantastic selection from diamonds, more casual and even a corner with pre-owned designer pieces. We always seem to find something! We absolutely LOVE Gene and always look forward to stopping by. Highly recommend.

Graham Jewelers has truly gone above and beyond for our family. It all began with my mom, who is in her 80s and uses a wheelchair. She accidentally drove over her antique ring — a cherished heirloom from her beloved grandmother. As you can imagine, she was absolutely crushed. Tom, the manager, stepped in without hesitation. Knowing she couldn’t easily travel, he personally offered to make a house call to pick up the ring for repair. In a time when that level of service is nearly unheard of — and certainly not offered at no additional charge — Tom went out of his way to help. Thanks to his care and expertise, the ring was restored beautifully. Since then, Graham Jewelers has repaired and created custom pieces for our family. Their craftsmanship is exceptional, and they truly stand behind their work. We are so grateful to Tom and the entire team. I highly recommend Graham Jewelers for all your fine jewelry needs. We had a warm and inviting welcome from Jewelry expert, Cameron. My wife and I needed assistance with sorting through estate jewelry and appraisal questions. We also had some jewelry in need of repair.
