I’m a local cellphone repair technician and have purchased screens from this shop before. I understand they don’t typically sell parts separately, so I’ve paid above market price in the past without issue. Recently, I was quoted $95 for an aftermarket iPhone 15 incell screen. Current market pricing for that part is significantly lower, but I understand businesses apply markup. What raised concern was being told they charge $190 for that same repair and that selling the screen to me meant they were “losing money” and would have to make it up on another customer. That quoted $190 price also doesn’t align with actual soft OLED repair costs in today’s market. Soft OLED parts alone typically cost around $80–$90, so the explanation given didn’t make sense. Businesses can set their own pricing, but transparency matters. As someone in the same industry, this interaction didn’t feel honest or consistent.

Had an absolutely wonderful customer service & technology repair, my daughter iphone had a bad battery port charge & my son has his iPad screen cracked,not by him,lol and accident occur, but this place fixed it like brand new,reasonable prices,but well worth fixing,cause I can't afford a new phone 4 my teenager, but im completely super satisfied with them,trust me you won't be disappointed, well worth it & time frame is amazing, I'll be back cause I have another ipad that needs fixing 😀, absolutely 💯 love this place,Thank you 4 the great customer service & the person who fixed everything i requested 😀, Awesome guys!!!!
