absolutely amazing service! Called about getting a screen replaced, he had everything in stock and got me in and out in 10 minutes. He also informed me about other issues with my device which was not in an upselling way but in a way that showed he cared and enjoys what he does! thanks for the kindness and urgency. i will be back!!

Huge shoutout to Freddy. Not only did he kindly take me as a walk-in at 3:45 on a Sunday when the shop was closing at 4, but he also repaired my back camera in under 20 minutes. I am writing to document an unresolved issue with a screen repair service I received from Anderson. He sold me a replacement iPhone screen for $214, claiming it was the original Apple screen. However, when I later took the phone elsewhere for repair, I was informed that the part installed was a cheaper, non-original version. Additionally, the phone issue was not properly fixed, and when I attempted to escalate the matter to someone above Anderson, he refused to allow me to do so. I am continuing this paper trail as I pursue resolution.
