We recently had a pipe burst, and the HVAC was part of the damage to our basement. We worked with GNV Heating & Air, and the entire service experience was absolutely fantastic. They arrived quickly, they gave me a clear easy assessment, then went to work with amazing efficiency and thorough follow-through. The whole time, they kept us constantly and thoroughly communicated so we knew exactly what to expect. I wish all the service folks we deal with could operate like GNV, so professional and enjoyable to deal with!! They were great with our kids and our dogs - they were kind of sad to see them leave.
