Wonderful customer service! I had an issue with a ring we purchased and Glenn and his team were very nice and professional and made sure everything was done to correct the problem. They also resized and soldered my wedding set and did a great job with that. I am very glad that I found them and they are now our go to store for jewelry. Highly recommended, A+++
Great customer service and attitude! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Went to have a chain repaired and Matt actually gave me options for the replacement clasp instead of just picking a higher priced option w/o making me aware there were even options for clasps like other jewelers! Will return!!
What great experience. They are friendly, kind and so upfront about what is going on with your jewelry. I am getting a prong fixed and it was so easy. Store entrance in the back.
I had an absolutely wonderful experience. They serviced an old watch, made a jewelry repair, and also sold me a new necklace. Aj and the product he delivered exceeded expectations. Cant thank him and the whole team enough for their help. It was a real treat shopping there and will definitely be back soon!
