Really happy with Glaston Overhead Door & Repair for the opener replacement. Our old one was from the 90s and finally gave up. New unit is so much quieter and has all the modern safety features. Installation was smooth and they programmed all our remotes.
Had an issue with the door getting stuck halfway up every morning and it was driving me crazy. Jake came out and found that the track was slightly bent from when we hit it with a ladder last month. Straightened everything out and lubricated all the moving parts. Door works perfectly now and doesn't make those awful scraping sounds anymore.
Honestly can't say enough good things about Glaston Overhead Door & Repair. Our garage door came off the track on Sunday morning and I thought we'd be stuck until Monday but they actually do emergency service on weekends. The technician got everything back on track and working perfectly. Also noticed that some of the rollers were worn so replaced those too while everything was apart. The door is actually quieter now than it was before the problem happened. Really professional service and very reasonable pricing considering it was emergency weekend work. These are the kind of people you want to do business with.
