Crash Champions Collision Repair Reading

I brought my car in and it was working fine besides the damaged body parts. I was called and told that the radiator was leaking fluid and smoking on the last day that they had it in their possession and for $400+, they could fix it for me. The radiator was functioning fine before I brought it there and it was not leaking any fluid while in my possession so I don’t understand why I should have to pay for it to be repaired if it was obviously damaged in their care. I was given little detail when I asked about where and how did it break. The people I was in contact with were nice but not very helpful with this issue that arose and were very quick to take the blame away from themselves and say they did not know how it was damaged. I don’t expect a free repair but they could have helped me out a little but that conversation never came about. I was happy with how the service was going until this issue arose. I’m befuddled that a company could take no blame and offer no solution other than one that involved them getting paid for it. My car was functional and able to be driven fine when I brought it and now I have no vehicle to use to get to and from work and provide for my family and am forced to figure it out on my own now. They washed their hands clean of the problem and it just does not sit right with me. For this reason I will not do any future business with this company or recommend anyone to go there. I wish I could give you positive feedback but obviously we are well past that now.
