We had all of our upstairs windows replaced about three years ago. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and polite, but the overall quality of the work has been disappointing. Several of the windows leak air badly, especially in cold weather. One window in particular had a noticeable mildew odor, which made it clear something wasn’t right. I contacted the company multiple times and was told we were “on the list,” but that was almost two years ago and nothing was ever addressed. We eventually had to caulk the window ourselves just to stop the air leak. It works, but it’s frustrating considering how much we paid for a professional installation. For comparison, our basement windows were done by a different company and are far better — no drafts, no issues, and excellent customer service. I hate leaving negative reviews for small businesses, but in this case I feel it’s deserved.

The work itself on our window was quality - however, the communication throughout the process was very poor. The time between having our window measured and the window being put in was about 6 months, and that was after we finally figured something was wrong and called them ourselves to inquire. We were told we would be the first stop in the morning since we had waited so long for the window on the day it was put in but that also didn’t happen. When we called to ask why this was, as well as voice our concerns on why it had taken 6 months in general to have the work done, we were told they had attempted to call us multiple times to schedule - which was untrue. We appreciate the solid work that was completed but wouldn’t use this company again due to the lack of customer service and dishonesty we experienced.

Our 80-year-old front door was long overdue for an upgrade. These guys came out to measure for a custom door (non-standard sizing), ordered exactly what we wanted, and installed it perfectly. This is on a 100-year old cabin, so it wasn't a routine replacement, but they did impeccable work and put in the effort needed to ensure a proper fit and hanging of the door. Works perfectly. Because it was a custom job it took about three months for all the parts to come in, but 100% worth the wait. We hope to be repeat customers.
