Only giving it 3 stars because of the tech Sydney? Not sure how his name is spelt but we share the same name, when I needed my car windshield replaced I was very impressed with how nice they were on the initial phone call. Me and the guy on the phone clearly talked about needing calibration for my car. I made the mistake once and learned $140 at the dealership why my car was throwing errors. I do know the guy I spoke with told me he was new. So maybe that’s the issue? They sent a tech without the calibration stand!!!!! Even though we clearly had that talk. No complaints on the tech. He was super nice & made it right. We did have to drive to the office which defeats the mobile service we requested. But he calibrated my car on his off day. He was there when we showed up just like he promised So if you need your car windshield replaced, definitely get safelite or someone else or just stay adamant about calibration when you get a windshield replaced in a car with lane assist and such!!! I do hate to complain because they did make it right, but just to prevent anyone else from the mistake and cost later on like I didn’t know the first time!
