Great service! Answered my call right away, took care of connecting with my insurance company, and came to my house to replace my windshield same day as I called. Andrew was very friendly and did a great job! This was my first experience with Glass Doctor but won't be my last. Got him saved in my contacts!

Glass Doctor did an outstanding job replacing my windshield at work. Andrew made the entire process unbelievably smooth. He showed up on time, communicated clearly throughout the appointment, and had the windshield replaced in under an hour, even with the anti-collision system recalibration. The install was clean and the glass looks great. Andrew even handled everything directly with my insurance. Having the work done at my work was convenient and the level of professionalism sealed the deal. I would recommend Glass Doctor and Andrew to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement. I had a great experience here! Customer service was great and the work was done quickly and really well. 10/10 I would recommend their service and will use them again in the future. Andrew was very thorough with everything he did. He was very prompt with being here exactly when he said he would be. We have also used Glass Doctors in the past replacing our windshield. He was just as prompt and efficient then. I highly recommend Andrew and Glass Doctors for all your needs.
Andrew was amazing! Very nice, communicative, and answered my millions of questions. The back window to this old boy looks like it came straight from the factory this way! I thought was going to have to pay $$$ for the replacement, but it was half the cost I thought it would be and other places quoted me for! Before and after photos for reference! But I would 10/10 use them again and definitely ask for Andrew!
