I purchased a floor-model dishwasher from this store and paid extra for installation, but unfortunately, the experience has been very disappointing. The unit was installed improperly, and the manufacturer had to come out to fix the issue. When it was delivered, the extra kick plate that should have come with it was missing. I was told it would take 4–6 weeks for that part to arrive, but it has now been over two months, and it’s still not installed. Each time I’ve called, I’ve basically been told to “be patient,” which isn’t acceptable after paying for both the product and installation service. I expected better communication and accountability from an appliance retailer. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their follow-through and customer service.
