After 3rd reschedule, after taking time off of work, I had to call them to find out they've rescheduled me yet again. I asked the reason, and they said that it may have been a personal problem with one of the techs. No notice, no call, no nothing. No attempt to call prior to today, and they tried to reschedule for a fourth time. The most unprofessional business I've dealt with. Update: rec'd phone call with apologies for lack of communication and delay. Offered to come out and service appliance, showed up on time made repair within an hour. Happy with repair and cost.

What can I say, although it may have been a headache to get my appliance fixed , not by fault of George’s, but Josh has went above and beyond to help me get my issue resolved and work with Whirlpool warranty to get my range fixed. I will update as the repair gets finished. I may not have seen eye to eye with these guys at first but they have shown me they are here to make the repair and address my concern.

Had to call 2 days in a row.. never showed up after being told they would be here on Thursday. Took off work. Called that evening at 3:30 when no one had came yet or called. No answer. Left a message. It’s 10:45pm and still haven’t gotten a call back.. all I would have needed is a phone call to tell me they were busy and needed to reschedule.. I do not recommend them. Their time is no better than mine.

They are usually busy, not having many appliance repairmen in the area, so expect a wait. Found my Problem and made temporary repairs within an hour of arriving. Teflon door spacer/riser that keeps door seated in place against the gasket for refrigerator had deteriorated/broken where it looked closed but lost seal and allowed unit to ICE UP. Parts ordered. Very happy with Visit and Repair Cost!!!!
