I learned of Allstate Roofing from my HOA (Trilogy) website, and what a great find. Chad came out quickly and assessed my concerns, based on my home inspection report. After he walked the roof, I showed him the inspection report. He explained why part of the inspection report, while correct, was not a necessary repair. And he informed me that since this was a small job, if I waited until his crew was in the area, I could save on the cost of the repair. I'm from a small town in the midwest and in dealing with Chad, I felt like I was back home. Great, honest guy.
