We had an excellent experience with GBC, and truly can’t say enough great things about them. They redid our roof, and from start to finish, they were incredibly professional, punctual, and hardworking. What impressed us most was their reliability — they showed up exactly when they said they would and completed the entire job within the promised three-day timeline, even while working through difficult weather conditions. My husband and I have been in the middle of a major home remodeling project, so we’ve worked with several contractors over the past months. I can honestly say this team stood out as one of the very best. They followed through on their word, stayed on schedule, and delivered outstanding quality workmanship. Jason, the project manager, was especially kind, respectful, and extremely responsive. In fact, everyone we interacted with at the company communicated clearly and consistently, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Their level of professionalism and follow-through really sets them apart. The quality of the work was excellent, and just as importantly, they honored their commitments. We would absolutely work with them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dependable and skilled roofing team.

We highly recommend GBC Remodeling. After 25 years in our home, we sought out a contractor who would be reliable and provide excellent work. We did 3 exterior projects, and were very happy after each project was completed. The first was exterior stucco repair and painting using Tex-cote. Fernando and his crew were very hard workers with attention to detail. The exterior painting is beautiful. The second was to replace all (>20) windows in our house with vinyl Aldin windows. The window crew was very efficient and hardworking, and we were very satisfied with the installation process and the Aldin windows.The third project was to perform roof work doing a lift and lay of concrete tiles. After 25 years, despite no roof leaks, we decided to replace the underlayment, and it was a good investment. We had some water and termite damage to the house wood trim and also boards on roof that needed to be replaced. It was a perfect time to do the needed roof work. Jason and his crew have done an excellent job in doing all the needed repairs and replacement work. In all three projects, the workers were extremely competent, friendly, and hardworking. We enjoyed meeting with Aaron in negotiating the home improvement contracts. He was honest, straightforward, knowledgeable. I was also impressed by the excellent communication, and with his helpful office staff Jessica and John. I find dealing with contractors stressful, but they made all projects go smoothly and with great quality of workmanship.

GBC did a great job on my over 100 year old house. I wanted to use a company that used Tex-Cote cause it was a life time warranty on the paint job and wouldn’t fade. Both ever important here in San Diego. I was nervous when picking a painter, but Aaron was great! He provided me with an amazing quote and insured me that his team would take care of me. Fernando and his team were great. They were honest and would recommend changes to the job when it was needed. Be it to save me money or to make the colors POP. Either way Fernando’s 30 years of experience made the difference.
