Purchased a new blu-ray drive for a PS4. Item arrived and it was a beat up used unit that did not operate. Jarrett Garber replied saying he would take care of it and then ghosted me. Would not reply back after I tried reaching back out multiple times. Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to get a refund after opening a case.
I needed a PS5 CFI-1215A bluray ribbon cable. I ordered from AliExpress. It didn't fit. I ordered from Amazon. It didn't fit. I ordered from Gamers Repair. It fit. Save time. Order from Gamers Repair.
Was a little worried about purchasing a new ps4 mobo initially, it did seem like a lot of money to send to a small site I hadn't heard of. when I got the first board, it was missing the power switch and I thought I would be in for a long fight to get a new one, but that definitely wasn't the case. Jarrett got back to me late at night, less than an hour after I sent the initial email. he quickly got a new motherboard sent to me and a return label for the broken one, and a few days later I had a perfectly working motherboard. Superb customer service, even if something is wrong they work hard to make it right. i wont hesitate to come back in the future.
We had excellent customer service from start to finish. They were very communicative and responsive with emails about every step of the process with our XBox console. We were a little nervous about going with them for repair as opposed to Microsoft with so many scammers out there these days, but we highly recommend them and would absolutely use their services again if the need arises. Best customer service I have received from any type of company in a very long time--kudos to you guys!
I needed a part for my XBOX One. Amazon only sold cheap 3rd party parts. I was able to get an OEM part from Gamer's Repair for nearly the same price and it works great! Gamer's Repair shipped the part quickly. If I need anything else I'll check with them first and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others.
