My ps5 was overheating pretty bad and I have no idea how to work on computers or consoles, so I said let me support somewhere local. BEST thing I’ve ever done for my ps5. These guys were amazing. They’d stayed in contact with me (even though I’d message them or call a good bit because I was nervous that my ps5 wasn’t going to be able to be fixed. These guys didn’t once get upset they were always messaging or calling back very fast and on top of that giving me every bit of information I needed to know to ease my worries.
