I went into Gadget Patchers expecting my device to be pronounced dead. Instead, it walked out healthier than I am. Absolute miracle workers over there.
Huge shoutout to Jenson Woodie, who clearly woke up that morning and chose excellence. The man knows gadgets the way grandmas know Facebook drama. Professional, friendly, and somehow made me feel like my broken device was never my fault (10/10 emotional support).
Fast service, fair prices, and zero judgment—even though my gadget looked like it had lost a fight with gravity. If you need something fixed, Gadget Patchers is the place. Ask for Jenson if you want the VIP experience and a working device at the end of it.
Would absolutely break another gadget just to come back. 👏🔧📱
On Monday I brought in my phone with a damaged screen, they ordered a replacement. When the new screen arrived on Wednesday, it was the wrong one. They ordered a new one to arrive on Friday. During this time they lent me a phone to use while they fixed mine. They have definitely earned my business with rapid fixes and great customer service.
REVISED---
Upon seeing your response I now know what kind of business is being ran here. You previously stated the PC was valued at "$300". Clearly you do not understand market value. Brand new unupgraded it is $600USD. The only way it would be valued at $300 would be due to poor trading conditions (like yours)With parts you can add another $300. 50% trade in is a ripoff. As for your inventory being below market price. I did not see a single console in-store that wasnt marked up at least 10% of what its value was.
I cant speak on repairs but I will speak on what I encountered. Customer Service was okay, the lack of effort towards customer satisfaction was not. I had a trade in valued $700+, I wanted a PS5 they had in-store. Seemed like a simple trade. The business made money and I could have left satisfied. Instead they insulted me by offering $400 less than what market value entailed. On top of that they didnt even plug up the equipment to see what I had. Then after confirming they could take it for trade, I was asked to pay almost $200 on top for the trade plus the computer. The knife in the heart came from none of these issues. They handed me a USED controller. Mind you I say used not refurbished. I get it home to hook it up and the analogs have stick drift?! Honesty goes hand in hand with business and this one is very lacking. Stick to private sellers.
