G & J Watch Repair

I own a Rolex midsize DateJust circa 1986. I have been taking it for service/overhaul about every 8 years to the Rolex Service Center in Dallas. Mine loses reserve time. Cost was $850 and 8 week turnaround. I decided to try G&J this time around. I was quoted $650 and 6 weeks. Ed does not work on Rolex’s, he sends them locally to Somebody Else(SE). I got my DateJust back in 3.5 weeks and now running perfectly. If you are lucky enough to own a Rolex, I say you can trust taking your Rolex to G&J!

I had a difficult time trying to get a watch band to fit a particular watch. I decided to visit this business based off of their excellent Google reviews. Well, to say that I was not disappointed would be a gross understatement. The gentleman, who both greatly and graciously assisted me, Mr. Edward Ceniceros, was nothing short of phenomenal. Just amazing service and exceptional quality in conducting his work. Mr. Cenicernos was kind, courteous, very professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He was able to quickly and effectively fix my watch band and then quickly sent me on my way. The entire visit was complete within a matter of minutes. Seriously... less than 5 minutes! After arriving at this establishment, I discovered that G&J Warch Repair, also extend their services toward repairing grandfather clocks, a service that I am also in desperate need of procuring. I spent more time inquiring as to the services in what would be involved in repairing a grandfather clock than it took to repair my watch. Well, suffice it to say, I know where I'm taking our grandfather clock for repairs. You absolutely CANNOT go wrong when dealing with this business. They just gained a lifetime customer. Whenever I happen upon a problem involving a watch or a clock, G&J will be my immediate preference.
