On August 11, 2025, they installed new rear brakes on my 1997 Ford F250. I am from PA and needed service. After getting back to PA I had the brakes checked by my local garage because they didn't seem to be working right ever since I left the Freemont Ford in Riverton. My local garage discovered that they had not been installed correctly. There were two loose springs rolling around in the drum and the self adjusting cables were not connected. The cost of the repair was over $1400. Word of caution to anyone traveling through Riverton, WY from out of state. Don't use Freemont Ford, they are not reliable. September 29, 2025 Update to my review. Several weeks ago, I received a call from Jeremy (General Manager) about my review and he wanted to know what they could do to make it right. Since, I am now back home in PA, what we agreed upon was Fremont Ford would pay for the needed brake repairs to my truck to fix what was wrong. Today I received the check for the needed repairs. As a result, I have changed my review from one star to 5 stars for their genuine concern for their customers, even the ones out of state. Thank you Jeremy!

The service department at Fremont Ford has been a pleasure to work with. Ranee goes above and beyond to make sure I am satisfied with any issues on my vehicle, big or small. I was impressed on how knowledgeable she is about the mechanics and maintenance of my F-150. Thanks again!

Amazing service! Michael Forget is THE BEST! As a young college kid in riverton far away from home who knows nothing about cars Michael Forget and Riverton Ford have always been happy to help. Every experience has been incredible, stress free, and kind! Forget has always been happy to help with my car and keep my parents and myself at ease! I’m so grateful for the amazing service provided by people who truly care!:)
