Best shop I have ever been to in my entire life. Lost my rear differential on my way home from Arizona to Billings mt. We ordered the parts from Billings and over nighted them. Jumped on it right away in the morning. Bob and Bobby rock.
My car had broken down in Riverton while I was here for a week or two. Mr.Bob was tremendously helpful throughout the whole process and was extremely kind. Could not recommend this shop enough!
Bob’s was great! I drove up to Riverton on a Friday afternoon from Cheyenne and upon my arrival, smoke started rising from my hood. Within less than an hour, my car had been towed and brought back to the shop. After finishing my event, I headed over to Bob’s and went in, assuming I’d have to take another 4 hour ride back to Riverton next week to pick up my car. The kind woman at the front let me know that it was a minor issue that they were going to fix then and I would be able to drive home that night! The man who worked on my car brought my to my car and showed me exactly what had gone wrong. Within two hours from the start of my car issue, my car had been towed and fixed! They even stayed a bit after close to take care of me on a Friday! Home now and I am ecstatic with my experience here. Would recommend to anyone in Riverton!
They were excellent - looked at my very custom, and somewhat tricky '85 GMC 383 stroker - and did a thorough and honest job - only good things to say.
The people at Bob’s Garage in Riverton, WY are amazing: helpful, friendly, and truly lending a hand. When we had problem with our car engine near Shoshoni, WY, we were advised by the auto club to have it towed to Bob’s in Riverton. Upon arrival there, the mechanics at Bob’s immediately raised the vehicle on the lift to determine the nature of the problem. When it became immediately apparent that the problem had effected the engine block, they suggested that we have the repair work done under the powertrain warranty at the car dealer in the nearby town of Lander, even though that meant they would not profit from the work. They then phoned the car dealer to confirm the powertrain warranty, and then contacted the tow truck operator to return to their shop and tow our vehicle to the car dealer. The owner’s daughter, who works as the office manager, then drove my husband to the airport in Riverton so he could rent a car so that we could continue our vacation as planned. Despite all this assistance, the owner refused to accept any payment. This automotive repair shop is the most customer service-focused of any company in any line of work I have elsewhere dealt with.
