My experience with the Frank Nettles business was quite a disappointment. I was mislead by the previous reviews listed. I am now surprised that a local dealership even lead me to them. For me the business was all talk and no walk. Yes Frank offers a very thorough explanation about your situation with advice, but in my case did not follow up with a fix. What is advertised is expertise in auto air conditioning and service. I was passing through town on my way to Dallas when my engine began acting up. I called Frank, and they were able to see me immediately. They gave my car a quick diagnosis and were able to get me back on the road in no time. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. I would recommend their excellent service to anyone in the Monroe area.

I had a great experience at this shop! My check engine light came on, and I was worried about getting hit with a huge bill. But the mechanic was super honest and straightforward. He quickly diagnosed the issue and cleared the light without trying to sell me a bunch of unnecessary services or parts. It's rare to find a mechanic who's genuinely looking out for their customers instead of just trying to make a quick buck. I really appreciated his honesty and integrity. I highly recommend this place if you're looking for a trustworthy mechanic!

Frank Nettles is the best hands down. I went to a dealership for service and was told I needed a new part and that it would cost $700. Frank Nettles informed me that the problem was just a screw that needed to be tightened and that no parts needed to be replaced. I am so appreciative for his help and glad I went to see him. I have always heard good things from others about him and am so glad I went to see him.
