I went to Brown’s and every single person from the front desk to the technicians were amazing. They are so nice and they explain every issue to you. Reasonably priced and the wait time was nothing. They had my issue fixed and had me back on the road. I would recommend them to anyone these guy are awesome!

Nobody likes paying for car repairs however I love knowing when I bring my car here it will be fixed properly and quickly. I have been here several times over the last few years for different things and I’m always met with GREAT customer service. Thank you guys for your hard work

Quick repairs and wonderful customer service! I took my vehicle in this morning for an inspection. Unfortunately, they did find something that needed to be repaired. However, the owner and staff were very transparent and upfront regarding costs. The owner (I think his name is Chris) even came over and showed me the part that needed a replacement and explained why. Out of all the auto shops I’ve used, I have never been able to see the broken part that needed to be repaired. Each time I’ve asked at various shops, I usually get told “it isn’t necessary”. It makes me feel like I can’t trust them. But Chris came right over with the part, showed me what needed to be repaired and explained the consequences of it not be taken care of. I really appreciate him doing that without even asking. I absolutely recommend taking your vehicle here for repairs or a general check-up. Phenomenal service! 10/10!

These people were amazing. I was out if town and stranded with a blown brake caliper. After Firestone had my truck for 2 days making excuses and lies I contacted Browns and explained my situation. They literally had me repaired and back on the road in an hour and a half. These people are professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I highly recommend Browns Alignment for anyone in the monroe/Ruston area!!
