Wonderfully old and charming shoe repair shop in downtown Aiken, SC. I have used these folks for resoling several pairs of my beloved Sam Hubbard shoes over the years and have never been disappointed in the results. The one caveat is that you must wait at least 4-6 weeks to get the finished product. Visiting this shop feels like stepping back in time. There are shelves of local canned goods, books and other sundries for cash sales. The proprietors are all business but very nice to deal with.

My mother took her shoes in to repair worn taps. After having them for 2 weeks, this is how they were “repaired” and returned to her. She was told that they no longer repair them the same way. Customer service is being transparent with your customer, even when you can’t deliver the expected result. They should be embarrassed to return this a customer.

I took my son's shoe to have bottom glued back on and it looks like someone paid no attention or cared 0% about the quality of work that they did. The sole looks like it's about to come off after 1 day. If I could rate 0 I would. I'll be sure to tell everyone to go elsewhere for repairs.
