The AC wouldn’t power on and I feared the worst. It was just a tripped switch! They fixed it in minutes and didn’t overcharge.

Horrible products and customer service especially Mark. He is so rude. Find yourself another company. One star is too generous.
The technician came out within the hour of my call. Identified a blown transformer and replaced it on the spot. Great service in my opinion. Price was worth it considering my house was an oven. I believe this was the second time we've called them for different issues over the years. I'd definitely use them again!
