It's really sad when the story says they're going to open the sale side at noon and then the guy lies to your face. We waited in the mall for over 2 hours to figure that out. Definitely don't recommend to go to this foot locker. I don't know what they're doing. Definitely recommend shoe Palace!

Store employees would not help. They said they had two pairs of shoes in my size after I went to the counter to ask for them. After about a 20 minute walk the person who was supposed to be helping me was just walking around the floor. I asked him if he had my shoes and he said he could find them then wondered around again. Do NOT visit this location
Terrible customer service, just like most places in 2023/24. It's a pandemic with customer service. They never pick up the phone. What is going on??!
