Contacted Floors by Ortiz to fix some issues with a laminent floor install done by another individual. Not sure the repair job would have been done without significant follow up on my part. Was told by Jose, if there was any problem with their work it would be taken care of. Most of the repairs seem ok, but unfortunately, there is an area still needing follow up repair. Jose no longer works for the company. Talked with the owner who would not commit to a follow up repair date. Sent a text 20 days ago, as requested, which the owner has not responded to. Doubt that we'll hear from or see them again.
