Jim and the installers at FCI are top notch folks. Jim's quote was competitive and detail oriented. Our installers, Luk and Rocky were great and efficient. I would recommend FCI to anyone. Really nice folks. (They also did about 300 sq.ft. of tile removal in the kitchen and removed carpet in 4 rooms. They had to match existing LVP and laced it in PERFECTLY!)

Jim, it was a pleasure working with you and your crew. Due to my husbands illnesses he was having a hard time taking a shower. We needed a bigger shower with grab rails. After several bids, we went with Jim. He understood what we needed and at a reasonable price. We had a shower and jacuzzi tub. Also we had the door and door frame removed in the toilet area added grab bars. I have attached before and after photos. We liked how our bathroom turned out, that we are having them replace our carpet. We highly recommend Jim for your remodel needs.
After starting a flooring project ourselves, we found ourselves overwhelmed and not as knowledgeable as the professionals. We sought out three flooring companies who had come highly recommended by neighbors and friends to come give us an estimate to finish the project. We reached out to all three. Jim with Floor Coverings International was the first one to return our call. He was very professional. Within a day, we had a consultation scheduled. Our consultation included ideas we had NOT thought of, as we were ripping out carpet to convert our family room into our home gym / pool room. They not only did they provide us with recommendations, their prices werw very competitive and their reviews all positive. We hired them to complete our project as we went with one of their recommendations, epoxy. We are super pleased with the process from start to finish. We love the epoxy floor. Thanks Jim!
We had a great experience with Jim and his crew! Jim came out the same day we called to show us samples, and we were so impressed we decided to move forward right away. By noon the next day, his crew was already here starting demo. The job included a lot of tile, so we expected a messy process. It definitely got dusty, but Jim’s crew went above and beyond to clean up at the end of each day, which made it easy for our family to stay in the home while they worked. They started on a Tuesday afternoon and were completely finished by Saturday. Luke’s attention to detail was incredible and he really made sure everything looked perfect. Jim also came by personally once the job was finished to walk through everything and give his final stamp of approval. Their customer service, workmanship, and professionalism were top-notch from start to finish. Could not say enough great things about Jim, Luke, and their entire team!
