Laptop was in this shop for at least 5 months! Got it back today and the touch screen doesn't even work like I was told it would. Even after telling me multiple times that screen and/or whole top assembly part was there just to be told sorry they got the wrong part and it would be another couple of weeks until ready. I have lost time and money from this not being fixed and not being able to use my device. Edited 2/11/2026 Got laptop back finally... Chipped up and scratched to hell from repairs. Only to be told that he made sure the touch screen was good and find out that all the touchscreen software had been removed. Also won't allow me to do video calls/meetings at all because my camera is in use? Not only do I feel robbed but I feel as if my privacy is being invaded. Not happy one bit about my laptop that is now completely ruined and almost to no use for me now. Would love for the owner to reach out immediately
