Laptop was in this shop for at least 5 months! Got it back today and the touch screen doesn't even work like I was told it would. Even after telling me multiple times that screen and/or whole top assembly part was there just to be told sorry they got the wrong part and it would be another couple of weeks until ready. I have lost time and money from this not being fixed and not being able to use my device. Edited 2/11/2026 Got laptop back finally... Chipped up and scratched to hell from repairs. Only to be told that he made sure the touch screen was good and find out that all the touchscreen software had been removed. Also won't allow me to d... Laptop was in this shop for at least 5 months! There was a little bit of a delay in getting my Xbox back, but now I understand it’s due to them being one of the only places that can Clean Xbox professionally. I’d rather the work be slow and done right then not done right at all Very fair price

Highly recommend this place!!! Jesse was incredibly friendly and professional. I shattered the back of my iPhone, and he did an excellent job replacing it at a very reasonable price. He also kept me updated throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated.
