My heartfelt thanks to Alex and Anthony. I deeply appreciated their kindness & willingness to work overtime during my recent emergency. I never expected them to come that same evening. I was hoping for the next day. A couple of days after Storm Benjamin, late afternoon my gas fireplace stopped working. I was physically unable to lift the screen off the fireplace to get to the pilot light, which I thought was the problem. Alex graciously offered to stop by and help me get the fireplace going. Unfortunately, it wasn’t just the pilot light. She called Anthony, Fireworks’ technician. As tired as he most likely was at the end of the day, he volunteered to come over & help. They were able to fix the fireplace that evening. I strongly recommend their services to everyone.

Incredible how reassuring it has been to experience the exceptional post-purchase customer service. Not only are they all incredibly helpful during the purchase and installation phase, but they’re so available and willing to answer all forms of questions afterwards which I think is a rare service nowadays where most companies prefer the “not my problem” approach. Thank you so much for being the great people and business that you are!

Becareful of these people, they will sell you an expensive fireplace that cannot pass code and they don't bother to check your location before they take your money. Their gas line installer is another liability, drilled hole into basement, did not seal hole and water leaked into basement. States on $700 invoice, not responsible for water damage. So over $8000 for a basic fire box and owner made no attempt to correct situation, never even returned calls.
