Frank from Fireplaces R Us was absolutely fantastic! He figured out and solved every issue we had with our pellet stove. He was friendly, competent, and methodical from start to finish. Frank took care of all the permits, even called the pellet stove manufacturer personally to double-check details, and made sure everything was done perfectly. He showed up on time, worked cleanly and respectfully, and charged a very fair price (especially after we got some wild quotes elsewhere!). Couldn’t recommend him more!
