Keith, the Fireplace and Gas tech, was fantastic. He called 30 minutes out to say he was on his way and arrived on time! (We were his first stop) He was friendly, and professional. He found the problem quickly and voila, our fireplace is working again! Keith explained what he had to fix. Always good to know. He also changed our remote battery for us. 🤗 Fireplace and Gas is a company that takes care of their customer.
Our gas fireplace stopped working one day after 30+ years. Thanks to the skillful, team-effort from Wally, Keith, and others, Fireplace & Gas Services was successfully able to return it to a like-new condition. Keith was great from start to finish. He called when he was on his way, and was prompt. He introduced himself when I answered the door and made me feel very comfortable. He laid out a drop cloth to work on the fireplace to make sure he did not leave any mess. He was thorough and answered any questions I had. He explained what he was doing and why so I would understand if there were any issues. He made sure to clean up after he was completely finished servicing the fireplace insert and made sure the logs were placed properly. He did an absolutely fantastic job and I would highly recommend not only the company services, but make sure you ask for Keith if you call Fireplace and gas services.
What a great job! Keith was so knowledgeable and really knew his stuff and helped me understand my fireplace functionality better. It looked so much nicer after he was done and he cleaned up the area so nicely. Thank you Keith
