We had some minor water intrusion in our master bathroom. We detected water flow from the main water line outside. We called Choice Plumbing Orlando and they sent someone out the next day to assess. Javier came over to give an estimate. He was polite and respectful and took his shoes off when he entered the home. He had to chisel a hole into the concrete and determined the leak was coming from an old cracked copper pipe and gave us an estimate. He applied a temporary fix to stop the leak and then he returned the next day with parts and replaced the cracked copper pipe with a PEX pipe. The service I received was amazing. I called and they were able to get a tech here within 2 hours. The tech helped me identify what was the issue and offered to fix it for $300. He told me how I could fix it on my own since he said it was a simple job. I took his advice and tried to fix it myself and what he recommended to do worked flawlessly. It’s nice to see that a business cares about their customers and if it is simple offers a solution. I was so impressed I will be following up shortly for a water filter and for choice plumbing to install a new sink.
