Josh was awesome he serviced our gas insert fireplace. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and wanted to make sure everything was safe for our family. I highly recommend this company. It felt like Josh really cared about my family and making sure the previous install was done correctly.
Fireplace and Chimney Professionals provides incredible service. Josh is an excellent, professional, AND personable technician. He serviced our gas fireplace a few weeks ago, but we were still having issues with it, so he came back today, and diagnosed the problem in a matter of minutes. And he seemed to fix it in record time! This company is top notch, and we will definitely be using them going forward.
We recently had the pleasure of working with Fireplace & Chimney Professionals to convert our propane fireplace into a wood-burning one, along with adding beautiful surrounding stonework. Their entire team was knowledgeable, professional, and communicative throughout the process. They also worked seamlessly with other contractors on-site who were handling framing and electrical work. We really appreciated their attention to detail and the pride they took in bringing our vision to life.
