EHC Inc Electrical Heating Cooling

We recently purchased a new “older 1973” home with terrible lighting. JB Pride originally came out prior to closing to do a cursory inspection of the existing electrical system, and also gave us an estimate based on what we planned to do after closing. Once we closed and were ready for them to begin the work, they came out again to go over some changes we wanted to make to the original scope, and they quickly began the work the following week. We used JB Pride at our former house and were so comfortable with them that we did not bother to get any other quotes. They far exceeded our expectations, and made executive decisions to do things like adding two additional recessed lights to the living room based on their expertise which turned out perfect and way better than what I asked them to do. They did find some issues with work done by the prior owners that was not up to code, and they simply took care the the issues without haggling me over additional charges. Overall the experience was excellent and I would highly recommend them. They also had 0% financing available which turned out to be very beneficial. We told them we wanted to have pendent lights and under cabinet lighting after the cabinets are installed, and they decided to run those wires now to avoid additional costs when we are ready for that phase, so it should be pretty quick when we call them back after the kitchen is done.
