Fence King

I only went with this company because I needed the fence done within a certain timeframe. I was told 2-3 weeks. After paying down payment I didn’t hear from them for 2 weeks, then they couldn’t make it out for another 3 weeks. 5 weeks total time I had to wait. I asked for a refund after the 2 weeks when it became apparent they couldn’t make it in time. I was then ghosted entirely(while they held my $1200 down payment) Aside from that, the installers cut a telephone line (not in use) while digging a post hole. Kudos for admitting it…and the fence itself has an odd angle on it. That angle is my fault for not realizing because they did draw it like that on the contract. I guess I just assumed the fence would be installed straight. They also disconnected my flowerbed irrigation system and I didn’t notice for 3 days so water just blasted on the ground for 30 min each day before I found it.

I recently had a fence installed by Fence King and they did a fantastic job! My yard is sloped and has angles in multiple places and they were able to make our fence look great and our gates swing freely. From the first consulation with Zach, I knew this was the company I wanted to go with! He listened to my ideas, my concerns, and actually discussed my options with me! I've had multiple other companies out and no one else was interested in discussing options, what would look great, last for many years, and be suitable for the space! When the workman arrived I was so happy that they also took the time to do things right! The Foreman, Darryl, always asked us for approval before making any changes to do what was going to work the best with my uneven, sloped yard. The team took the time to measure out every space and make sure we were happy with where the fence would be placed, and also drew a line so that every board in my cedar fence is even and lines up perfectly all the way down my yard. They also did not leave big gaps between the boards, so you can't see straight through my fence! My aluminum fence along the back was able to be installed in a way that gives us the most usable space and also looks amazing, and the transition panel from 6' Wood to 4' Aluminum is just a perfectly spaced angle. The beams were all set deeply into the ground and cemented firmly, my "mud/rot" boards were all evenly placed, my gates swing easily and lock securely, and my fence looks so amazing, I've gotten multiple compliments from neighbors! I couldn't be happier about my experience with the team at Fence King from start to finish, everyone was friendly, communicative, and they took the time to do it right and make sure we were happy! If you are thinking about getting a fence, and live in the area they service, definitely give them a call!
