The installation crew performed exceptional workmanship, showed great respect for our property, maintained a tidy site with daily cleanups, and demonstrated impressive organization throughout the process. Both the overall experience and the quality of the finished product were vastly superior compared to our previous fence installation at our previous home with a different contractor.

TLDR: FMS and Jordan are incredible, you should definitely use them for your fencing needs! We've had our fence for several months now and I wanted to wait to review to see if we had any issues. And we've had none! From the 1st interaction to the final payment everything has been professional, simple and exactly what I had hoped for. Jordan was our installer and I'm pretty sure saying he bent over backwards to work with our requests and desires would be an understatement. I wanted super straight lines where possible and a consistent curve along the hill that minimized the unevenness of the landscape. Not only did he do as I hoped, he managed to do it better than I thought was possible. He was always willing to listen, polite and helpful. The fence is aluminum and seems to be a sturdy,high quality fence. I highly recommend them for any fencing you may need!

We contacted Dan last fall about installing a fence sometime in the spring / summer of this year. This summer, as we were nearing completion of our backyard project, Dan was able to coordinate with our landscape contractor to schedule the installation in two phases / days to work best with the final stages of the project. Josh did an excellent job with the installation, and we are very pleased with the final result. Calls / texts were promptly returned, they were accommodating as the timeline became clearer, they arrived and completed the job as scheduled, and the price was fair. Very happy with Fence by Maintenance Services' wood fencing installation. Dan Hartman is very helpful and responsive to every question and keeps you in the loop. Brian and Dave did a fantastic, professional job and even consulted with us on some creative solutions to the uneven terrain. The height transition at the corner turned out better than imagined. Update to the picket door by the garage - yes I know the concrete sidewalk does not span the width of the fence, the concrete was poured long before the fence project was planned! Adding update to another job, FMS replaced an aging split rail fence last year this time adding chain link to the gate. The 7 foot double-swing door is great for allowing in larger equipment. Same workers and same great job!
