I arrived promptly at my appointment time of 8:00 AM yesterday to get my oil changed and tires rotated and balanced on my 2018 Grand Cherokee. TWO HOURS later they're finally done. TWO HOURS! But wait! I get in my vehicle and there's 40 PSI in all 4 of my tires, the owners manual says 33 PSI maximum. So I had to go back to the garage. No explanation, no apology. Never again.
Faws is always able to fit us in quickly, and for a great price. We are always very happy with our service and the end result of our vehicles. There are many garages that are closer to where we live, but I will always take my vehicles there for anything I need
Took our Yukon in for an alignment and was told it would cost $85.we also asked to have the u joints replaced. When we picked up our vehicle we were charged 225 for an alignment song with almost 300 for break pads and labor that we never asked for. Talked to Matt and he accused me of lying saying we did ask for the breaks to be done. His solution was telling me they would put the old break pads back on and hung up the phone. On my opinion, his way of handling the situation was very unprofessional and quite rude. I will not ever bring a vehicle back to his shop in Cambridge or Arapahoe.
pro: very friendly staff and they got me in and out quickly. Con: I called for a price on an alignment and they told me $125. when I showed up the price had doubled, without notifying me, and one of the owners, Matt, told me it took longer than a normal alignment and that was why I was being double charged. He then proceeded to tell me how it was actually a really good deal for me because they didn't have to replace any parts. I had the parts replaced the day before by another professional mechanic but he didn't have the tool for the alignment. He didn't understand that it is not my fault that his mechanics struggled, if they even did, he may have just been trying to squeeze a few extra dollars out of me. I will never be back there and if you value your money neither will you.
