Went here to get my HDMI port fixed, paid a fair price but it burns back out a month to the date later. Asked if the work was warrantied but was told I’d have to pay another $100 to fix AGAIN. Crazy after only a month upon further investigation the slot where my memory expansion is had a bulge because the installed the screw sleeve UNDER the motherboard. Yea run quickly. Now I have to pay to get it fixed elsewhere, not to mention the screw is also stripped
I had a really good experience with the owner. My phone’s back glass got broke and i needed it back in same hour. He did it for us very quickly for a very good rate even though it was his closing time.
This was the 2nd time we took an iPhone here for a cracked screen. The first time, about 3 years ago was perfect. My wife cracked her screen the other day and I immediately thought of going back here because I was so happy the first time. We took it there on a Thursday. The phone was originally fixed with no problem. Less that 24 hours later, sploches appeared on the screen. I waited until Monday morning to contact them. My wife took the phone today and she was told that she had to have dropped it again. It was NOT dropped, but they would not replace it for free (as the warranty states). I appreciate that they only charged for the new screen and not the labor, but in this case, the customer was right, but treated as a liar.

He took the time to answer all my questions clearly and made me feel like a valued customer right away. I brought in my work phone (Iphone 14 Pro) to have the back glass replaced, and he not only fixed it perfectly, but also rushed the job knowing how important the phone was for my job.
