This was the 2nd time we took an iPhone here for a cracked screen. The first time, about 3 years ago was perfect. My wife cracked her screen the other day and I immediately thought of going back here because I was so happy the first time. We took it there on a Thursday. The phone was originally fixed with no problem. Less that 24 hours later, sploches appeared on the screen. I waited until Monday morning to contact them. My wife took the phone today and she was told that she had to have dropped it again. It was NOT dropped, but they would not replace it for free (as the warranty states). So in addition to paying $219 the first time, we had to pay an additional $108 to get it fixed. I appreciate that they only charged for the new screen and not the labor, but in this case, the customer was right, but treated as a liar.
